RISEfit is the evolution of what was RISEbootcamp. RISEfit sessions are designed to improve as many componants of fitness as possible. In short, it is designed to get you into the best shape of your life.
The classes have evolved over time and are currently ran 3 times a week via zoom. With a new focus every 2 weeks, you can gauruntee you are getting in better shape.
The best part? The amazing RISE community. They are at the heart of the RISEfit sessions and ensure a welcoming environment. They will also make sure to push you to do even more than you think you are capable of.
