RISEbootcamp sessions are designed to improve as many componants of fitness as possible. In short, it is designed to get you into the best shape of your life.

The classes have evolved over time and are currently ran outside a week on Oldswinford Cricket Grounds. Sessions take place every Saturday, rain or shine at 9am.

The best part? The amazing RISE community. They are the heart of the RISEbootcamp sessions and ensure a welcoming environment. They will also push you to do more than you think you are capable of.
